What have we been up to?
Our work with 10x has been to empower, encourage and be impactful. We have held courses like the Future Software Developer Now programme, which sought to help aspiring Software Developers gain employability skills as well as receiving virtual work experience. Our collaboration with 10x was instrumental in bringing this virtual work experience to life. 10x delivered sessions on The importance of Testing, Git and Github, Coding to industry standards, and even gave the cohort a glance at some of 10x’s core technologies for software development. Each of their training sessions was - interactive and informative, contributing hugely to the overall success of the programme.

What have we got planned?
Talent Events
We will be working with 10x by expanding and collaborating our network and sharing opportunities to our wide talent pool through panel talks, workshops and our jobs board. For new and exciting roles, we will work together to ensure our community benefits from the expanding opportunities 10x have to offer.
Mentorship
We will collaborate with 10x to provide mentorship opportunities for entry-level talent. This will include 1:1 support, guidance and initial career development. The critical knowledge shared will also give them confidence and the right counsel to kick-start entry-level talent’s careers.
Internships
Through the talent pool, we will work together to explore internship opportunities within the organisation and how diversity and inclusion plays a critical role in the start or change of a career.
Programme Delivery
Through this partnership, we will be working with 10x on career programmes so that our community are able to learn new skills, understand the ins and outs of other roles and gain a deeper understanding of what each role entails. The indispensable skills gained will cover, but are not limited to, software development, analysts to VC’s and much more!
