The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #BalanceforBetter as a balanced world is a better world - which applies to diversity in all its glorious forms.

‍At 10x we are bucking the trend for Fintech companies as our team is made up of 33% women, 38% senior women and we are led by a female Group Managing Director. This is set against the backdrop of a fantastically diverse multi-national and multi-cultural group of talented people.

There’s always more we can do to ensure that 10x is a place where everyone can be the best version of themselves every day - it’s a good base to build from.

And the colour of the theme is 10x purple – we couldn’t have planned it better.
