Alongside our flexible working policy, our teams based in Australia have generous holiday, parental and sick leave, but we wanted to do more. So with that in mind, we’re incredibly excited to announce the launch of our new flexible benefits package for 10xers in Australia.
When revamping our benefits package, we asked the team what they would like. The results were incredibly varied, and we discovered that great employee benefits mean something different to everyone.

The flexible allowances empower our team to look after their health and wellbeing in the best way for them. This could mean using it to treat a friend to dinner, buying concert or theatre tickets, or even an overnight stay somewhere new.
