Our community
Helping communities
We celebrate that each employee is a part of number of diverse communities. Each 10x office is a part of its own local community. The transformation we bring to our clients makes us part of their communities. We celebrate this in our company values, striving to make the world a better place through our work.
Charity fundraising
10x supports a range of charities and runs an employee matching scheme to encourage 10x'ers to support charities important to them. Last year, more than £11,000 was raised for charities such as Save the Children, Movember, Macmillan and an Australia bushfires fundraiser.
Early careers
As a next-generation and scaling technology company, nurturing the next cohort of technology leaders is at the forefront of our early careers’ initiatives.
10x works with education, community, skills and mentoring organisations that align with our values. We are building pathways for 10x to be a more inclusive employer and to help candidates join us and progress through the business.
Local support
Our Impact agenda outlines our goal to positively impact our local communities, however big or small.
10x has built partnerships with local schools, helping to deliver workshops, presentations and provide support to inspire the next generation of technology leaders. Each 10xer is also gifted one volunteer day per year to offer their time to local charities or initiatives making a difference in their communities.
