Equality, diversity & inclusion
Our differences make us better together
We live and operate in a diverse world – our organisation continually works to reflect this, both in people and thought. We are creating an environment responsive to different cultures, beliefs and groups across our employees, partners, clients, investors and in the communities in which we operate. We value diversity.
Steered by a dedicated Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee we see it as critical to our effectiveness, business success and integral to achieving our mission of being 10x better.
Women’s Network
We have established a dedicated Women in 10x network to drive gender diversity across all functional roles, and seniorities. We work with an increasing network of partners to help us become a more inclusive employer. We are on track for 40% female representation in senior management roles by December 2021.
Black Professional’s Group
Building a workforce with different experiences, backgrounds, cultures and mindsets brings imagination, innovation and enrichment to 10x. From how we build our technology, to how we empathise with clients, diversity strengthens our approach. The Black Professional’s Group is one of the cross-functional teams providing support, and an open space within the business for us to be 10x better.
10x Pride Network
10x'ers are working together to maintain a safe and inclusive workplace for LGBT+ professionals. Our 10x Pride Network focuses on awareness and education around matters affecting the LGBT+ community and is supported by 10x colleague ‘allies’ and external partners.
